**What You’ll Do**:
- ** Conduct Market Research**: Identify potential business listings and spot market trends.
- ** Collaborate with Brokers & Owners**: Work closely with business brokers and owners to prepare businesses for sale, guiding them through successful exit plans.
- ** Create Business Profiles**: Craft engaging profiles and marketing materials that highlight each business’s potential to attract buyers.
- ** Design Custom Exit Strategies**:



Develop unique exit plans that reflect the goals of each business owner.
- ** Facilitate Smooth Transactions**: Act as the bridge between buyers and sellers, ensuring everything goes smoothly from start to finish.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in market research, business analysis, or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
