Product Pre - Sales
**Responsibilities**:
**> Present New Product Features**: Showcase the latest product features to channel customers and highlight their benefits.
**> Product Selection & Configuration**: Assist customers in selecting and configuring products to meet their specific needs.
**> Technical Problem Resolution**: Respond to and resolve technical issues faced by customers.
**> Technical Training**: Train the technical staff of channel clients, enhancing their technological proficiency.
**> Sales Collaboration**: Work closely with sales teams to discuss customer needs and develop comprehensive sales plans.
**> Marketing Cooperation**: Partner with the marketing team to disseminate Dahua technology and concepts, and gather valuable market feedback.
**Requirements**:




4 years of experience in the electronic security industry, with at least 2 years as a product manager.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree required.
Computer Skills, Computer Networking, CCTV Installation, Negotiating, Public Speaking, and event planning.
Knowledgeable in Camera Imaging, Hard Disk Storage, Cloud Computing, OEM Processes, Marketing, and Sales.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel as required.
