Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico. **(This position is to work ON-SITE)**
**Requirements**:
- Availability to work 45 hours per week
- Interest in working on **Afternoon/Night shifts**:
- **Advanced English, excellent pronunciation**:
- Looking to work in IT Environment
- 6 months of experience in Customer Service

**Activities**
- Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groups
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requests
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems,



investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
