**Objetivo Principal**:
- Assure operation of office or shop floor systems at TEP site, in compliance with applicable ITSM processes, standards, and IT guidelines.
**Actividades Principales**:
- Act as deputy of IT responsible on-site according to MDM View Locations and contact person for all functions at the site (e.g. participate in plant meetings, etc.)
- Recognize deviations and requirements on site, as well as initiate appropriate measures
- Conduct root-cause troubleshooting (e.g. Problem Management) and potentially changes (e.g. change coordinator)
- Operate on-site IT in a complex environment, based on valid guidelines and processes (e.g. integrate new hardware components in the infrastructure, install new infrastructure systems according to specifications and guidelines, etc.)
- Technically lead on-site IT colleagues in solving complex inquiries in the area of office and shop floor




- Troubleshoot IT infrastructure in 1st level support and potentially in 2nd level support (e.g. hardware failure, log file entries, etc.)
