**Responsibilities**:
- **Road Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with local, regional, and international road safety regulations.
- Conduct audits to verify adherence to safety standards by drivers and vehicles.
- **Road Analysis**:
- Assess road conditions, including weather-related and structural risks, that may impact transportation safety.
- Provide detailed reports on high-risk routes and recommend alternative paths or preventive measures.
- **Accident Analysis**:
- Investigate transportation-related accidents to identify root causes.
- Compile and analyze data to recognize patterns or recurring risks.
- Prepare comprehensive accident reports with actionable insights for management.
- **Training and Awareness**:
- Develop and deliver road safety training programs for drivers and logistics personnel.
- Promote a culture of safety through workshops, campaigns, and regular communication.
- **Risk Mitigation Strategies**:




- Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks associated with logistics and transportation activities.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure vehicles are well-maintained and equipped with necessary safety features.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Customs, to integrate safety measures into logístical planning.
- Regularly report on safety metrics, incidents, and improvements to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- **Intermediate english**:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Road Safety or Occupational Safety is a plus.- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety-focused role within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Proven experience in road and accident analysis.- Strong analytical skills to interpret safety data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements in key operating regions.
- Excellent communication skills for training and reporting purposes.
- Proficiency in safety analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to travel to various locations for route inspections and safety audits.
- Valid driver’s license and familiarity with GPS and route planning tools.
