**Responsibilities**
- **Lead project planning sessions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.**:
- **Oversee all aspects of projects including setting deadlines assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress.**:
- **Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and any issues that may arise.**:
- **Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.**:
- **Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and up to date.**:
- **Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.**:
- **Monitor and report on project progress ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of any changes.**:
- **Manage project risks and issues developing mitigation plans as necessary.**:
- **Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and customer expectations.**:
- **Utilize Customer Service Management skills to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.**:
- **Collaborate with Research and Development teams to integrate innovative solutions into projects.**:
- **Foster a collaborative and productive team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.**
**Qualifications**
- **Possess a strong background in Customer Service Management with proven experience in project management.**:




- **Experience in Research and Development is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.**:
- **Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.**:
- **Show strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on achieving project goals.**:
- **Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.**:
- **Possess a proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges.**:
- **Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.**:
- **Be adaptable and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.**:
- **Show a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.**:
- **Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.**:
- **Be proficient in project management software and tools with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.**:
- **Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 which will be considered an advantage.**
**Certifications Required**
**PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.**
