**Misión del cargo**:
We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong UX/UI capabilities to build and launch our platform within a 3-month timeline.

**Key Deliverables**:
Month 1
Architecture & Initial Design
- Wireframes and low-fidelity mockups (desktop + mobile).
- User flows: registration, login, and search.
- Data architecture plan, including Salesforce integration.
- Metric: Deliver 5 completed wireframes, validated flows, and architecture plan with 100% team approval.
Webflow Setup (Basic MVP)
- Initial Webflow structure and layout.
- Memberstack integration for users.
- Jetboost setup for real-time search/filters.
- Metric: 80% of the MVP structure is completed by the month's end.
M2
Salesforce & Data Sync
- API creation/documentation for bidirectional sync.
- Automated flows for record creation/updates/deletions.
- Data security and privacy checks.
- Metric: Test API and workflows with >95% CRUD success rate and 100% security compliance.
Enhanced UI/UX & Data Visualization
- Develop tables, tags, and charts with branded,



responsive designs.
- Refine navigation and performance based on usability testing.
- Metric: Achieve >80% positive feedback in usability assessments.
M3
Beta Launch & QA
- Conduct limited releases for internal and partner feedback.
- Address bugs and optimize final UI/UX.
- Metric: 10+ Beta testers feedback, 100% critical bugs resolved, >80% usability rating.
Deploy platform in production.
- Provide technical documentation for API usage and maintenance.
- Train the team on Webflow, Memberstack, and Salesforce sync.
- Submit a final report with KPIs (load speed, search metrics).
- Metric: Fully operational platform deployment, complete documentation delivery, and >80% satisfactory training evaluations.
**Compensation**: 1800 - 2000 US in total.

**Requisitos**:
3+ years experience in web development
Strong portfolio demonstrating Webflow expertise
Experience with API integrations, notably Salesforce
Proven UX/UI design capabilities
Knowledge of membership/subscription platforms
Modern JavaScript frameworks(React, Next.js), Frontend development(HTML5, CSS3, JS), Version control
RESTful APIs and API integration, Backend development experience, Database design and management
Authentication systems, Experience with membership/subscription platforms
Responsive Design, Knowledge of CMS platforms
Experience with Salesforce development
