**Job Summary**:
The Agency Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of agency partners, ensuring alignment with company goals, and driving business growth. This role requires strong communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with international teams, manage agency relationships, and develop strategies to optimize agency operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in auto agency management, operations, or a related role.




- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proven track record in managing partner relationships and driving performance improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and systems.
Familiarity with local industry regulations and market dynamics.
