- Responsibilities
**Run related accounting records and monthly provisions.**
**Verify reconciliations of uncollectible accounts, bank account reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany and provisions.**
**Invoice the sale of products or services to third parties, as well as commissions to suppliers and collections, as well as disputes.**
**Execute and reconcile month-end closing operations.**

**Responsibilities: Management of collection role**:
- **Root cause analysis of aging balances.**
- **Lead and ensure collection strategies based on context and portfolio constraints.**




- **Coordinate the prioritization and identification of risky customers.**
- **Reconciliation of critical accounts with partial balances and credit notes.**
- **Projection of overdue portfolios at the end of the month.**
- **Creation and estimation of uncollectibility forecast.**
- **Application of controls and safeguarding of SOX and General control evidence.**
- **Timely follow-up to compliance with payment promises.**
- **Record of collection efforts in High Radius or similar.**
- **Document and give visibility of collection challenges to your supervisor.**
- **Execute the accounting records of provisions for uncollectibles and others.**
- **Execute and reconcile month-end closing operations.**
- **Construction of strategies to reduce balances in favor.**
- **Identification of cash in Bank Accounts and ensure its compensation against invoice or Credit Balance.**
- **Cash refunds and reconciliation of Credit Notes.**
- **Monitoring and purging of unapplied Cash Accounts. Qualifications Minimum qualifications**
- **SAP, Excel (intermediate to advanced).**
- **Conflict resolution.**
- **Intermediate technician in accounting, banking or finance.**
- **Collection experience.**
- **Knowledge of SAP is desirable.**
