**Requirements**:
**Academic/Training**:
- Minimum Academic Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
**Experience**:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize and maintain professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g.,



Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Details**:
- Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
- Work Schedule: On-site, 1 fixed day off during the workweek and 1 rotating day off during the weekend.
