**What you will be doing**:
- Lead scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.
- Support the team's productivity without coercion, task assignment, or micromanagement.
- Address and resolve impediments identified during stand-ups to improve team efficiency.
- Contribute to development tasks for technical investigations when time allows.
**What you will likely bring**:
- 3+ years of experience in C#.NET development.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foster collaboration.
- Familiarity with scrum tools.
**What could set you apart**:
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Master Certification.
- Advanced knowledge of scrum tools.
