3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. - Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (B2+)

- Ensure through continuous improvement tools that the IB planning and execution is optimized - Benchmark operations from the rest-of-world Amazon’s marketplaces in order to reach best-in-class performance - Create adhoc analysis in order to dive deep on trends. Accumulate data from various sources and identify the relevant information out of it, presenting it in a way that would help take action. - Foresee implications based on current data and trends and take necessary actions. - Excellent Communication skills - deal with stakeholders/customers with top notch organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
