**Responsibilities include**:
- Generating interest and setting up appointments for our North American sales representatives.
- Maintaining a detailed and organized database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meeting or exceeding set targets and performance metrics.
- Uploading and updating the CRM tools as needed.
Working with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of Sales or related role experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.




- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
