We specialize in organizing high-impact school visits and university recruitment events to facilitate student engagement and enrollment.
We are looking for a **dynamic, strategic, and results-driven professional** to join our team as a **Business Development Manager**. This role involves **expanding our partnerships with high schools and universities in Mexico and Latin America**, driving tour participation, and ensuring strong relationships with key educational institutions.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and onboard universities interested in recruiting students from **Mexico and Latin America** through our tours.
- **Sales & Outreach**: Develop and execute strategies to promote Simpled’s recruitment tours to **university admission teams**.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand university enrollment needs and position our tours as a **strategic recruitment solution**.
- **Partnership Management**: Build long-term relationships with **university representatives, educational consultants, and recruitment agencies**.

Meet **monthly and quarterly deliverables** related to university sign-ups and tour participation.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and manage international university recruitment events in **schools across Mexico, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Mexico City**.
- **Database Management**: Maintain an up-to-date list of **high schools, key contacts, and academic calendars** for optimal tour planning.
**Experience**: 2-5 years in **international education, business development, sales, or student recruitment**.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing, International Relations, or Education** (preferred).
**Skills**:
- Strong **sales & negotiation abilities**.
- Excellent **communication & presentation skills** (Spanish & English).
- Ability to analyze **market trends and identify new opportunities**.
**Familiarity** with high schools and universities in **Mexico & Latin America**.
Pay: $10,000.00 - $17,500.00 per month
