Overview:
This role will lead our Mexico City (Santa Fe and Punto Polanco), Mexico shared services sites administratively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with local leaders and Global Project Manager to develop timeline, transition and execution of Mexico City center strategy. This would include working with Local Functional Leads, Global Project Manager, Center Leaders network (as needed) and Shared Services Integral Leader to coordinate, execute and inform progress for the plan that all agree upon.

- Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written
- Proven project management and multitasking skills
- Ability to influence others for the project to be successful
- Collaborate with country leadership and local teams to proactively identify issues and solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive and accelerate value creation




- Ability to effectively persuade others to achieve common goals
- Public Relations and external representation as needed

**Required Years Experience**:
- Greater than 10 years experience
**Required Education**:
- Degree from accredited 4 year University
