**Field Operations Assistant - Join Our Expanding Team!!**
**Job Overview**: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Field Operations Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting property operations, this opportunity is for you.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Travel Management, Hospitality and Tourism, Tourism Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests at check-in and check-out, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Conduct pre-check-in, check-in, and check-out inspections to ensure properties meet quality standards.
- Report any damages during guests' stays to the Field Operations Lead.
- Periodically inspect properties to ensure they are in perfect maintenance condition and meet standards.




- Coordinate with building administrations to ensure guests experience a seamless check-in.
- Provide on-the-ground support for item delivery, pre-stock items for guests, and present them attractively upon arrival.
- Perform inventory of materials for the building you are assigned to.
**Compensation**:
- Salary based on experience 18 K - 20 K monthly
- Legal benefits: 12 vacation days, 15 days of Christmas bonus, vacation bonus of 25%, Social Security enrollment, Afore and Infonavit contributions.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week.

- Polanco and Condesa
**Working Hours (Condesa)**:
- Morning: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Afternoon: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Day Shift: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
**Working Hours (Polanco)**:
- Morning: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Afternoon: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Night Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
