**Job Summary**
- Performing account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records
- Preparing manual journal entries to record revenue and other accounting transactions
- Actively participate in control and compliance projects, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to improve and automate accounting processes
- Maintain up-to-date accounting records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Provides accounting expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives
- Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
- Drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance




**Education & Experience Recommended**
- Three-year or Graduate Degree in Accounting or Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in accounting space, internal audit, or a related field.
