**Your Role**:
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
- Implement strategies and activities to ensure the Safety, Quality and Productivity metrics
- Coordinate with service areas activities for continuous improvement.
- Promote and develop skills of the people under his responsibility.
- Development cost reduction projects
- Optimize the management of the assigned resources.
- Compliance with the objectives defined by the organization
**Your Background**:
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the same position.
- Experience in automotriz
- Professional career degree (Industrial Engineering or similar)
- English 60% - 80%
- Management and guidance of groups
- Initiative of taking own decisions.
- Technical problem solving tools.
