**Your New Role**
**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Coordinate daily operations and manage staff aimed at Triage and VOD Operational fulfillment.
- Coordinate Triage incident volumes and ensuring staff members are working with corresponding business units for optimal resolution.
- Manage daily notifications and ensure the staff is reacting to Triage process in a timely manner.
- Ensure all VOD Operational fulfillment deadlines are being met.
- Identify and escalate operational issues with the Senior Manager to coordinate mitigation process for resolution.




- Work with the Senior Manager on identifying areas for improvement on both personnel and technological advancements pertaining to the betterment of the department.
- Ensure that VOD new client On-Boarding process is being coordinated to meet established deadlines.
- Ensure staff are following standard operating procedures with emphasis on speed to market results.
- Responsible for adjusting operational responsibilities to meet demands.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- 3 years of extensive knowledge and managerial experience within a file base problem solving environment and VOD fulfillment workflows.
- Working knowledge of file-based fulfillment systems and ability to troubleshoot incidents.
- Solid understanding of non-linear content delivery systems, such as but not limited to Signiant Media Shuttle, Aspera, etc.
- Well established knowledge of non-linear processes and technical standards.
- The ability to motivate individuals and teams to reach their maximum potential.
- Good understanding of Windows and MAC operating systems including file management hardware.
- Ability to communicate concepts clearly and effectively to explain technical concepts to staff. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities is required.
- Must be able to prioritize workloads and handle multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines.
- Must maintain professional demeanor and relationship with management, co-workers, and staff.
