**DESCRIP**TION**
- Travel expenses management from the different requesters and ensure the correct record inside the system
- Allowance requests according to the travel policy, reports and reimbursements follow up
- Pool car management to ensure their correct utilization
- Inspection at pool car pick up and drop off
- Register and tracking of any pool car damage and organize any maintenance/repair, if needed
- Tracking of every pool car usage and coordinate the acquisition of new cars, when required
- Detect and promptly inform about potential risks




- Gather information and ensure all documentation is uploaded into the corresponding platforms
- Participate actively in regular meetings to provide status to top management and project reviews
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Education in Business Administration, Toursim or related
- ** 2+ years of experience inside Automotive Industry with knowledge in travel management, purchasing, finance or related**:
- **Knowledge of basic elements from the car to evaluate general conditions (visual inspections)**:
- Good knowledge of data analysis for decision making
- Monitoring of budget
- Handling of KPIs and reporting
- Office and SAP Management
- **Fluent** **English**:
- Availability to travel
- Valid Driver’s License
