Responsabilities:
- Oversee the development and compliance of Packaging designs for product launches
- Connect with co-mans to successfully deploy all new developments and arrange new productions
- Build and manage relationships with suppliers (mainly Packaging)
- Hold meetings with customers when required to keep projects on track and own all documents and formats involved
- Hold meetings with multidisciplinary teams in order to interconnect efforts and move projects forward.
- Offer Support to USA teams in the review and approval of labels for import Compliance.
- Connect with Sourcing teams to review feasibility of upcoming opps and set volume allocation.
- Handle relationship with MX Regulatory agency (Deimos)
- Manage the MX Legacy catalogue
- Define standards,



methodologies and tools for Project Management processes.
- Manage the project pipeline and oversee the assessment, approval, and initiation of new projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks for projects underdevelopment.
- Communication with leadership to provide updates on project status, performance, and resource needs.
