For our AMMEGA Finance team, we are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
Summary
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for supporting AP activities across designated legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely posting of purchase invoices and preparation of payment proposals in line with the agreed payment calendar. The role involves reconciling supplier statements, reviewing outstanding invoices for accruals, and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries. The Accounts Payable Clerk also contributes to documenting procedures and supports the team during peak periods to maintain smooth operations. In this role, you will be based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX. Our colleagues like one another, so this is 100% an in-person, in-office role.
A day in the life of an Accounts Payable Clerk can look like
- Supporting AP activities for designated legal entities in AMMEGA.
- Posting purchase invoices accurately to ensure that all suppliers are paid promptly.
- Preparing payment proposals according to a payment calendar agreed
- Reviewing outstanding purchasing invoices for potential accruals
- Reconciliation of suppliers’ balance statements
- Cooperating with internal teams and suppliers for query resolutions.




- Supporting other team members during peak periods
- Preparing procedures and instructions
We are looking for you to offer the following
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position**:
- **English on the B2 level**:
- Analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills incl. MS Office, Office 365, Excel
