Coordinar y supervisar los servicios del personal como son comedor, lockers, coffee breaks, entrega de uniformes, taxis entre otros, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos internos, la eficiencia operativa y el uso adecuado de los recursos materiales y humanos.
**Responsibilities**:
Las responsabilidades para esta posición incluyen, sin estar limitadas, las siguientes:
- Supervisar la operación diaria del comedor industrial, asegurando la calidad del servicio, el cumplimiento de normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria, y la satisfacción de los empleados
- Gestionar el presupuesto asignado para cada servicio y controlar los gastos operativos.
- Coordinar la adquisición de insumos, materiales y servicios necesarios para el funcionamiento de lo servicios del personal.
- Elaborar los reportes administrativos necesarios para garantizar el control de los servicios.
- Apoyar en la organización de eventos, reuniones y actividades institucionales.
- Asegurar un control de los lockers asignados así como que se mantengan en excelentes condiciones
- Asegurar la entrega puntual y correcta de los uniformes.
**Background & Skills**:
- Licenciatura en administración de empresas o afín.
- Un año de esperiencia en actividades similarfes.
- Inglés básico
