**Your Job**
Are you passionate about supply chain optimization and driving collaboration across multiple functions? As a GSOP Lead Inventory Planning, you will be at the forefront of managing supply plans and inventory planning processes for the ISBU division. This role is critical in ensuring unbiased plans, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting the division's ability to meet service level targets and operational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand strategies, while using advanced tools and analytics to develop actionable insights and improve outcomes.

**What You Will Do**
- Take ownership of supply and inventory plans, ensuring unbiased results that reflect collective knowledge from supply and demand groups.
- Collaborate with operations, materials managers, and demand analysts to define supply constraints and finalize supply inputs.
- Manage inventory levels and model parameters to meet service level targets, and periodically review inventory health and planning strategies.
- Develop expertise in network supply planning (NSP) and inventory planning (IP) activities to support operational teams across the division.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to process and evaluate large data sets, driving performance improvements and actionable insights.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external contacts, including operations leads, customer service teams,



and financial analysts, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with GSOP processes and tools.
- Hands-on experience in strategic planning, supply planning, or inventory management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot table, v-look up, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large data sets to drive decisions.
- Advanced English skills for international collaboration.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Ability to work with end-to-end supply chain planning tools like Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Proven ability to present insights, proactively drive improvement initiatives, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with inventory planning scenarios and stocking policies in manufacturing environments.
