**Descripción del empleo**
- Enter customer orders into SAP. Generate release requests to accounts receivable.
- Collection and answer to all questions from Customers
- Generate reports for customers and controlling
- Open orders follow up reports: Details of open orders - check the delivery dates accuracy in SAP
- Debit & Credit Notes OB creation (after monitoring the stock)




- Orders modifications (split lines, changes delivery date requests requests, partial shipments)
- Coordinate special deliveries
- Requests to LDC (E.g., Documentation, priorities in outbound, general information about delivery status)
- Proxy of Customer Service Rep during vacations
**Requisitos**
- 3+ years of experience in logistics areas
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in administrative
- Business English
- SAP handling and Microsoft parcels
