**Key Responsibilities**:
- **SOP Management**
- Conduct annual audits of AR SOPs.
- Keep SOPs accurate, up to date, and organized in SharePoint.
- **EUCA & Critical Reports**
- Review and validate EUCA and critical AR reports annually.
- Update documentation and remove outdated items as needed.
- **Training Compliance**
- Track completion of mandatory GM/Conduent training courses.
- Maintain records and follow up on any missing items.
- **Process Review**
- Perform regular activity reviews to identify inefficiencies.
- Propose opportunities for automation or simplification.
**Requirements**:
- English
- Experience in AR or Finance Ops
- Familiarity with SOPs, SharePoint,



and compliance tracking
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with Excel and ERP/reporting tools
