**What you will do**:
- Oversee and manage materials management processes to ensure efficient inventory control and procurement strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand planning and materials supply with production schedules.
- Implement best practices for materials management to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock to meet production demands.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in materials management systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding materials procurement and inventory management.
**What we look for**:
**Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in materials management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, MRP, and purchasing processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
