Job Summary
We’re looking for a **Lead Data Analyst** to lead data-driven initiatives that support strategic decision-making. You’ll transform complex datasets into actionable insights, automate processes, and collaborate across teams to build scalable analytics solutions. This hybrid role offers flexibility with day shifts.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead analytics projects aligned with business goals.
- Communicate insights through data storytelling and presentations.




- Conduct EDA to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Manage incentive compensation models and ROI calculations.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks.
- Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
**Qualifications**
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Excel Macros/VBA, SQL, and Python.
- Automate data processes using Excel Macros/VBA and SQL.
- Experience with Dataiku, Alteryx, and incentive compensation management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Background in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
This positions is hybrid in Jalisco, Nuevo Leon and Ciudad de Mexico, 2-3 times per week.
