**IT Technician**
**What you’ll do**:
Provide first call resolution support during production shift. IT basic infrastructure support to facility office users. Depends on MES level 2 and Lan admin. Key employee to first level support and local infrastructure. Monitor L2L dispatch to provide on-time support to production cell based on MES targets to support KPI. Close local and MES ServiceNet incidents and requests based on infrastructure targets to support KPI. Follow up activities coordinated by local supervisor
