**General Job Description**:
Under limited supervision performs the following activities:
- Leads or supports analysis of systems and process impacts for the implementation of Regulatory project, Fiscal e-Invoicing solutions, and changes to existing regulatory and reporting compliance systems.
- Reports status to Regulatory Program PMO and works with Product Owners and other Financials System Analysts to ensure accuracy of system changes.
- Tests solutions and reports system testing results to the Regulatory agile team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent, preferably in MIS, business, computer science, or a related discipline.
**Minimum Experience**:
- At least four (4) years' experience in technical analysis and/or project management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of PC's, networking, and peripheral devices.
- Experience with accessing and processing data and/or similar data mining tools, i.e. SQL.
- Experience working as part of an Agile team including various Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience with backlog creation of features and user stories.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
**Minimum Required Skills**:
- Oral & written English language skills.
- Ability to analyze business operations and develop automated solutions.
- Attention to detail, focus on root-cause analysis, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical, communication and listening skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work based on multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving Skills, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Judgement & Decision Making Skills.
