**What will you do?**
- Receive and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, and pricing.
- Coordinate with sales and supply chain employees to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Proactively maintain relationships with key customers and sales staff.
**How will you do it?**
- Utilize order management systems (such as SAP) for order input and processing.
- Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and shipping information.
- Monitor backorders and manage communication with customers regarding delays or issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction.
**What are we looking for?**
- University degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with 6 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software.
