**Job Summary**:
This position supports reporting, systems, tools, and processes related to risk management, specifically in monitoring portfolio health and ensuring the accuracy of reports. The role requires strict adherence to both internal and external reporting standards and departmental requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Possess a strong understanding of risk metrics and reporting within the Customer Services department to effectively manage, measure, and monitor key indicators such as Past Due accounts, Potential Credit Losses, and other critical metrics, in compliance with established policies and controls.
- Analyze trends and collaborate with data and portfolio owners to investigate and validate significant changes, particularly in past due accounts, ensuring that risks are appropriately managed, measured, monitored, and reported.
- Oversee the processes and procedures that ensure the accuracy and timely dissemination of portfolio health results.
**Educational Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- Proficiency in English (Fluent**)**
