**EXTERNAL JOB POSTING: ACCOUNTING MANAGER / HEAD OF ACCOUNTING**
**Location**: Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico
**Modality**: On-site | **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
**Salary**: $40,000 to $45,000 MXN gross per month
A leading company with national and international presence, currently in a strong growth phase, is seeking a **Accounting Manager** or **Head of Accounting** with strategic vision, strong leadership, and solid tax expertise to join a dynamic team and contribute to key decision-making processes.
**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (professional license required)
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role
- Proficient in **CONTPAQi** and **Advanced Excel**:
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax laws (IVA, ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT)
- Experience in preparing financial statements and filing tax returns with the SAT
- Proven leadership in optimizing processes related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Warehousing
- Experience supervising accounting and tax processes with a focus on continuous improvement
- **Advanced English** (mandatory)
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Postgraduate degree in a related area
- Experience managing internal and external audits
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**




- Oversee monthly accounting operations and preparation of financial statements
- Ensure full compliance with tax obligations: SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, REPSE
- Lead and coordinate the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams
- Analyze and interpret financial statements
- Manage monthly and annual closings, ensuring accuracy in tax reporting
- Prepare financial reports for senior management
- Participate in budget planning and analysis
- Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency
