We are seeking a Translator / Local Operations Officer to join our team in Mexico City. This role will serve as a key bridge between local operations and international teams, supporting communication, localization, and operational activities to ensure smooth business execution in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Product localization: Support the adaptation of digital banking and loan products by coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, high-quality delivery.
Market insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing materials; provide feedback to optimize content and positioning.
Operational support: Assist local operations with day-to-day coordination and special projects as required.
**Qualifications**:
Proficiency in Spanish and English at a professional working level (written and spoken).
Strong organizational,



coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel for short-term business assignments when needed.
Preferred experience: Background in e-commerce, payments, fintech, or credit-related industries.
