We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated **Business Analytics Specialist** to join our contact center technical operations teams. In this crucial role, you will have two primary responsibilities that are essential to our operations.
Firstly, you will be responsible for developing reports, primarily using Power BI, for both internal and external clients. Your work will ensure that we not only meet but exceed contractual and regulatory standards. You will collaborate directly with users to define requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. The internal reports you develop will empower our leaders to make strategic and impactful decisions, while external reports will differentiate us from our competitors and provide an exceptional experience for our clients.
**A day in the Life**:
- Develop, code, and test queries and reports against various databases based on user-specified criteria.
- Define the scope and design of reports by working closely with requestors.
- Assist users with data extrapolation from multiple sources and generate summary data.
- Develop guides and conventions to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.
- Deliver and support training to project teams and users on reporting systems and functionality.
- Complete assigned tickets as needed.
**Education**




- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
**Experience**
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with data manipulation or presentation tools such as SQL, report writing packages, or MS Access.
- Familiarity with contact center metrics; Genesys Cloud experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay close attention to detail.
- Skilled in organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data trends.
- Ability to effectively manage projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and drive to identify solutions independently.
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent English language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing).
