**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Provide leadership for process control
Problem resolution with suppliers and customers
Support the corrective action system (internal and External)
Provide technical support to Mfg. Eng. regarding quality of product and his function design
Quality gage requirement process
Provide leadership to QC engineers and technicians
Work closely with engineering and manufacturing in capacity studies, gage R&R; and DOE.
Any other duties or responsabilities as assigned by the department supervisor.
Performs activities related to safety.
FABRICATION
Education Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineer.
50% Bilingual
SPC
Knowledge of ISO9000
AMEF & control plan
Leadership
GD&T;
Good analytical skills
Computer literate on Microsoft
Experience 2 years minimum in quality control general
MIG & TIG process
Problem solving techiniques
Statical techniques
DOE,QFD,PPAP
NDT knowledge and MPI,LPI
