**Position Responsibilities**
- Lead Finance system modernization projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades and digital transformation efforts.
- Partner with teams across Finance, IT and Operations to align projects with business goals.
- Test new Finance technology solutions, ensuring accurate documentation and strong accounting controls.
- Recommend workflow, process and reporting improvements to drive efficiency.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or IT.




- 5+ years of Finance and or Project Management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial processes such as O2C, electronic invoice, payment complement.
- Experience with ERP Implementation (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish)** - 100% in both verbal and written communication.
