**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the commercial and operational strategy for the Mexico & Caribbean destination, including client acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Act as the main point of contact as needed for clients from any source market, supporting their programs, promotions, and planning needs.
- Analyze and interpret performance trends of clients and market behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth in accordance with strategic objectives.
- Represent all services offered by OTS and MTS, working closely with the destinations´ teams.
- Define and manage client-specific budgets and destination targets, with tailored plans per client.
- Analize critically the impact of the management strategies implemented.
- Support the sales team attracting new clients, while leading and managing the onboarding of any new client.
- Drive client growth and service excellence by expanding business share and positioning our company as a premium service provider.




- Define as need end to end business processes and define any agreed service levels with clients so expectations are met or exceed translating it in the destinations.
- Manage the destinations´ team: Contracting, Commercial, Operations, Customer Service and any other destination team.
- Able to represent OTS Globe at internal conferences or external event like trade shows as required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tourism industry
- Proven experience in B2B environments, within the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong background in DMC operations and hotel trading/bed bank environments
- Very high communication skills to report and communicate clearly with internal and management
- Strategy mindset working towards relevant updates, goals and budget
- Demonstrated managerial experience
- Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages would be highly valued.
- Tradeshow preparation and attendance
- Willingness and availability to travel as required
