**YOUR TASKS**
We are looking for a strategic Talent Attraction Partner to lead and elevate the recruitment efforts for both white-collar and blue-collar roles at our plant. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting—it’s about building strong partnerships with business leaders, understanding workforce needs,



and designing talent strategies that support long-term organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent acquisition efforts with business priorities and workforce planning.
- Design and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract top talent across operational and professional roles.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar roles in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
