**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Business Analyst for projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Analyze business models, focusing on commerce and customer processes, to design efficient future-state solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop detailed process maps, user stories, and workflows to guide the development teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and best practices.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
- Make key decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes.

- **5+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst** (o similar) in ERP/CRM implementation projects.
- **Proven functional expertise** in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce** is mandatory.

- **Strong functional knowledge** of **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM** (Customer Engagement) modules. (Robusto conocimiento funcional de los módulos de CRM).

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between business and IT.
**Location & Schedule**:
- Hybrid work from Mexico City, Monterrey, and Coahuila.
- Remote work from Guadalajara.
- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
- **Advanced English skills are mandatory**:
- **Only residents of GDL, MTY, Coahuila, and CDMX.**
