We are looking for a**Data Architect**to join our team in Monterrey, preferably working**hybrid (12 days in office)**, to lead strategic projects and ensure our clients successfully adopt and scale the**Modern Data Stack**.
**Responsibilities**
- Design, document, and implement**modern data architectures**using cloud-native platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Define data integration strategies leveraging tools such as**Fivetran, Theobald Software, Matillion**.
- Lead migration projects (e.g.,**Tableau Server Tableau Cloud**, legacy ETL modern ELT).
- Ensure**data governance, quality, security, and compliance**across platforms.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Establish**best practices and standards**for scalability, observability, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide consultants and engineers in the adoption of modern data practices.
**Requirements**:
- **
5+ years of experience**in data architecture, data engineering,



or BI consulting.
- Strong knowledge of**cloud data platforms**(Snowflake required; Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or Redshift a plus).
- Experience with**ETL/ELT tools**(Matillion, dbt, Fivetran, Theobald Software, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of**SQL and data modeling**(dimensional, star schema, data vault).
- Hands-on experience with**BI & visualization tools**(Tableau, Power BI, Pyramid Analytics).
- Understanding of**data governance, lineage, and security**best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Based in**Monterrey**or willing to commute**12 days a week**to the office.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience implementing**Modern Data Stack end-to-end**projects.
- Certifications in**Snowflake, Fivetran, Tableau, Power BI, or Azure/AWS/GCP**.
- Experience with**CI/CD for data pipelines**and orchestration tools.
- Background in leading**multi-country projects**.
