**Semi-Senior.NET Developer**:** On-site | Silao, Guanajuato**
**Location**: Boulevard Mineral de Peñafiel, Guanajuato Puerto Interior,36275 Silao de la Victoria.
**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **Semi-Senior.NET Developer** to join our team on an **on-site** basis. The role focuses on system support, documentation updates, and identifying business and system needs to propose solutions to clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Control, tracking, and implementation of system changes
- Update and maintain documentation (manuals, procedures, technical documentation)
- Identify system and business requirements and propose technical solutions to clients
- Provide support and continuous improvement for existing systems
**Work Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, **8:00 AM 6:00 PM**
- Availability on weekends and schedule changes **as required by the business**
- **
Occasional stand-by phone support required**
**Salary & Compensation**:
- **
MXN $25,000 $28,000 gross per month (payroll)**

**Education**:

**Technical Requirements & Skills**:
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in a similar position
- Experience with **.NET Framework**
