You’ll start in a **Sales Support** role, gaining hands-on experience in logistics, inventory, and product operations. Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a technical commercial role.

**INITIALLY, AS A SALES SUPPORT, YOU WILL**:
- Assist with sales/customer service
- Manage inventory
- Place and fulfill orders
- Receive and ship inventory
- Perform deliveries with a company vehicle
As a Sales Support, you will learn how the supply chain operates in a world-class company, how to deliver effective business solutions to industrial customers, and gain a solid foundation for a career in B2B sales.
You’ll also benefit from professional development through virtual and in-person training (in Mexico and/or abroad), while improving your English in a professional environment.
**SIMULTANEOUSLY, AS YOU DEVELOP SKILLS IN A SALES SUPPORT ROLE, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRAINING IN METALWORKING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS**:
- Engaging directly with customers/prospects and preferred metalworking manufacturers on a daily basis
- Driving the metalworking category top line sales and profitability for a defined list of customers on a local scale




- Communicating key metalworking initiatives for customers to our network of metalworking specialists and branches
- Performing metal working process mapping/facility assessments
- Offer internal and external metalworking related training
- Lead, coordinate efforts and submit metalworking related bids.
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Strong interest in professional development in the Metalworking field
- A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering or related fields — or relevant experience in the fastener industry
- A valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (conversational)
- Full-time availability
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Comfort with giving presentations and working with customers
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips
