**About our client**:
They are a full-service, third-party management company. This means we provide leasing, accounting, and maintenance services to unrelated owners which results in a higher level of service to the property and to the tenant.
**We're looking for a Bookkeeper to provide support in the following activities**:
- Data entries:
- Journal Entries in Accounting SW.
- Make Changes in SW for client information.
- Approve Invoices
- Cut payments
- GL reconciliation.
- Reconcile all bank accounts.
- Complete other reconciliations as needed.
- Analyze financial statements for payment accuracies and missing expenses.
- Identify incomplete transactions and work with appropriate personnel to resolve.
- Complete monthly financial statements.
- Review accrued expenses.
- Prepare reserve summary
- Respond to Property Manager questions.
- Process reimbursements to the association.
- Set up budget Association in accounting system.
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday
- Standard Schedule:



07:00 to 16:00 Mexico City time.
- Daylight saving in the US: 06:00 to 15:00 Mexico City time.

**Requirements**:
**MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).**
- Bachelor in Accounting or finance related
- Around 2 years of experience with a similar role. If they do not have a BA related to finance or accounting, they need at least 4 years of experience
- Strong Excel knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of accounting terminology in English.
- Experience working with double-entry accounting (debits and credits)
- Accent level 2 preferred.
