**The Opportunity**
**Your Impact**
As Control and Reporting Analyst your responsibilities would consist of analyzing, record and provide the documentation and accounting adjustments that ensure the financial closure of the company, as well as prepare, integrate and excute the financial report in HFM system in order to provide reliable information to shareholders based in coporative polices from Pepsico.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute month close end process (GL-JE) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements. E
- Ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements.DE




- Generate information for filling out the required statutory and management financial reports.
- Prepare & review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.I
- Analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.DE
- Execute financial report Pepsico (Smartview / FDM - HFM). E
- Support to the business unit in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes. C
- Participate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.IC
- Generate clear communication with OU, Intercompany counterparts and other users throughout the region and in the SSC.IC
Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.4-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, RTR, or shared service center roles.- Experience in multinational environments is a plus.
Technical SkillsSolid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.- Knowledge of Intercompany, GL,



and reconciliation processes is desirable.- Ability to adapt quickly and support different processes as needed.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight month-end deadlines.- Organized, responsible, and proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
