We are looking for a highly organized and motivated **Program Coordinator** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with call center experience who is confident communicating in English and enjoys coordinating programs, supporting teams, and driving results.

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and support daily program operations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
- Monitor performance metrics and follow up on objectives




- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure quality standards and procedures are followed
**Requirements**:
- **Previous call center experience** (required)
- **English level C2** (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and reliability
