**What you'll do**:
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a proactive and friendly manner
- Provide detailed information about our products, orders, and shipping processes
- Guide customers through the purchasing and return processes
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction for various apparel brands
Experiência y requisitos
**What we're looking for**:
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
- Familiarity with online shopping and e-commerce practices




- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently
- Punctuality and reliability in showing up to work on time
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Flexible availability, incluiding weekends and holidays
