**DESCRIPTION**
- Management of the training process
- Responsible of all training logistics and handling of related documentation
- Support trainers and participants during training execution
- Coordinate access and provide the corresponding instructions
- Ensure all resources are available during the entire training
- Generate and present the corresponding reports of the department




- Coordinate the induction process for new hirings
- Steering of technical test plan
- Prepare the competency model for each role
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor´s degree Administration, Human Resources, Education and or related
- **1+ year of experience in training, talent development, human resources and/or similar positions**:
- **Experience with instructional design**:
- **Management of e-learning tools**:
- Good oral presentation
- Handling of KPIs and reporting
- Gather of lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
- Fluent English
- 3 year contract
