We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Business Process Consultant (ServiceNow)
Required experience:
- 5+ yrs of experience working
- Advanced English for global collaboration
Plus experience:
- Certification ITIL version 3 or 4
- PLUS CSA ServiceNow Certification
**Responsibilities**:
- With an extensive understanding of industry standards and proven market practices, they deliver tailored solutions that effectively address unique challenges and drive process excellence for each client.
- As a trusted advisor, the Senior BPC cultivates a collaborative environment that fosters knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, actively collaborating with teams and clients to achieve mutual success. Using their expertise, they skillfully develop strategic roadmaps that outline a well-structured and incremental approach to process maturity, ensuring a smooth transition towards optimized operations.
- Through meticulous analysis, strategic guidance, and the establishment of performance metrics, the Senior BPC guarantees the seamless integration of standard processes, resulting in heightened efficiency, enhanced effectiveness,



and sustainable growth for the organization.
- Would also be responsible for taking the clients to the next level of process maturity in terms implementation of improved processes, automation of processes through BBPM solutions.
- Act as a point of contact between the client and the technical team regarding process-related concerns.
- Delivers workshops and demos.
