**Core Responsibilities**
- Contribute to tasks in the Service Product focusing on waste removal, self-service, and automation, like accurate ticket routing.
- Collaborate globally within the Service Product and, if needed, the broader Digital Technology organization.
- Take ownership of tasks prioritized in the Service Product.
- Use a data-driven approach when working on initiatives.
- Ensure IT Policies and Principles are followed on-site proactively.
- Improve, apply, train, and promote new technologies implemented in the organization.

The Associate Tech Service Specialist operates independently and demonstrates self-motivation within one or more technology areas. Valued in a service product for solving a wide range of complex issues, shifting focus from reactive to proactive.
**Do you have what it takes?**
- **Understanding IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure**: Knowledge of ITSM principles and IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases. Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira to optimize IT services and track incidents.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving computer hardware and software issues. Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), Office Suite, Azure, and Office 365.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical skills to identify problems, develop innovative solutions, and interpret data for decision-making and process improvement.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork and collaborator engagement.
- **Adaptability and Learning**: Ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and skills, adapting to changing environments and technologies. Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- **Service and Support Commitment**: Dedication to delivering outstanding assistance and care in production-critical environments, including Manufacturing Execution Systems.
**Location**
This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL. This is not a remote position.
